The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the male who is seen in the attached surveillance video and photo who is being sought for questioning in connection to a robbery within the confines of Transit District 12/ 43 Precinct in Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Saturday, July 20, 2019 at approximately 2047 hours on the mezzanine level of the Parkchester subway station, a 65-year-old male victim was approached by an unidentified individual. The unidentified male forcibly removed the victim’s chain (valued at approximately $2,000) from his neck and fled the station towards White Plains Road. The victim refused medical attention.
The individual is described as follows:
- male, Black, approximately 50-years-old. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, white tank top, and baseball hat.
