The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the following person of interest, depicted in the attached surveillance video clip, who is wanted in connection to a robbery, which occured within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.
The following has been reported to police.
On January 20, 2021, at approximately 1400 hours, an individual approached an armored car employee in the vicinity of E. 167th Street and Gerard Avenue as he was in the process of unloading US currency from his truck. The individual proceeded to push the employee and take possession of a bag containing $200,000 in cash.
The suspect is described as an adult male, approximately 5’8″, weighing 160 lbs., wearing a navy blue hoodie, gray sweatpants, and a black mask.
