The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the male, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs, who is wanted for questioning in connection to a robbery, which occurred within the confines of the 45th Precinct in the Bronx.
The following has been reported to the police.
On Saturday, August 08, 2020, at approximately 1950 hours, in front of 2775 Sampson Avenue (Throggs Neck Houses), a 55-year-old male victim was walking when he was approached by an unknown male who displayed a firearm and hit him over the head. He went into the victims pockets and removed $800.
The male was last seen getting into the passenger seat of a Toyota Camry, that fled in an unknown direction.
The victim sustained a laceration to the head and refused medical attention at the scene.
