The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the male individual depicted in the attached photographs in connection to a robbery that occurred within the confines of the 42nd Precinct in the Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Friday, May 01, 2020, at 1918 hours, inside of 3251 Third Avenue, (99-cent store), an unknown male individual did enter the location and place toiletries in his pocket. The 62-year old store clerk did observe this and approached the individual. The individual then punched the victim in the face and fled northbound on Boston Road.
The victim suffered pain and bruising. EMS responded but the victim refused medical attention at the scene.
The property removed had an estimated value of $10.00.
The individual is described as a male, Hispanic, in his 20’s-30’s.
