The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individuals depicted in the attached photographs in connection to a robbery that occurred within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Tuesday, February 25, 2020, at approximately 1530 hours, in the vicinity of Gerard Avenue and E. 153 Street, one of the individuals approached the 14-year-old male victim from behind and forcefully removed his Apple Airpods from his ears. When the victim tried to retrieve his property from the male, two other individuals grabbed him and punched him in the face. Two other males stood by as lookouts.

The individuals fled the scene westbound on E. 153 Street.

The victim suffered bruising and swelling to his left eye.

The five individuals are described as males, Black, 14 to 15 years old, three of which wore backpacks. One individual rode a blue bicycle.
