The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance identifying the individual in the attached surveillance photograph who is wanted for questioning in regard to two acts of public lewdness that occurred, in transit, within the confines of the 49th Precinct / TD 12 in the Bronx.

The following has been reported to police.

Incident 1: On March, 10, 2020, at approximately 2225 hours, the unidentified male individual was inside the White Plains Road and Allerton Avenue train station (2, 5 lines), when he exposed himself in front of a 48-year-old female victim. The individual then fled on foot on a southbound train to parts unknown.

Incident 2: On Thursday, April 16, 2020, at approximately 2240 hours, the unidentified male individual was inside the White Plains Road and Allerton Avenue train station (2, 5 lines), when he exposed himself in front of a 49-year-old female victim. The individual then fled on foot

The individual is described as a male, approximately 25-years-old, 5’9″ tall, 150 lbs.; black hair and last seen wearing a black hoodie sweater, black pants, purple t-shirt and purple sneakers.
