The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following person who was reported missing from within the confines of the 40th Precinct in the Bronx.

The details are as follows.

Missing:

Brian Diaz
535 Union Avenue
Queens, NY 10455

It was reported to police that Brian Diaz was last seen at his residence on Wednesday, September 02, 2020, at 1020 hours.

The missing is described as a 26-year-old male, Hispanic, approximately 6’3” tall, weighing 180 lbs., woth wavy black hair, and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black jeans, brown boots, and a chain necklace with a ring.
