The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached photographs in connection to a grand larceny that occurred within the confines of the 40 Precinct in Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Friday August 16, 2019, at approximately 0755 hours, in front of 501 Southern Boulevard, the individual approached the 56-year-old male victim from behind and removed his wallet from his left rear pants’ pocket. The individual took the victim’s debit card and discarded the wallet as he ran southbound on Southern Boulevard.
The individual is described as a male, Hispanic, 25 to 30 years old; last seen wearing a white shirt, black shorts, black and red sneakers, and he had on a black cross-body bag.
