The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs, who is wanted in connection to a grand larceny incident, which occurred within the confines of the 43rd Precinct in the Bronx.
Details are as follows.
On Thursday, October 28 , 2021, at approximately 2100 hours, the individual approached the 81-year-old male victim in front of 1345 Castle Hill Avenue and reached into his pocket.
The individual, an adult male, Black, approximately 50-60 years of age, proceeded to remove the victim’s wallet, which contained a credit card and a MetroCard.
He then fled to parts unknown.
There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.
