State police in Lebanon County, PA found 840 cartons of unstamped cigarettes, valued at more than $105,000 on the street, during a traffic stop on Interstate 78 in Bethel Township.
Clyde Banks, 41, of Bronx, was pulled over around 3:15 p.m. Thursday. He was traveling east, police said.
He consented to a search of his car, and is now being charged. Unstamped cigarettes are considered contraband.
