Help Identify A Grand Larceny Suspect

The New York City Police Department is asking the public for assistance with locating and identifying the individual depicted in the attached photographs in connection to a grand larceny that occurred within the confines of the 49 Precinct in Bronx.

Details are as follows:

It was reported to police that on Tuesday January 22 2019 at approximately 1500 hours, a 49 year old female victim was notified by her bank of possible fraudulent activity with her bank account and contacted police. Subsequent investigation determined that on Wednesday January 16, 2019 at approximately 1600 hours an unknown female did enter the Chase Bank located at 1308 East Gun Hill Road and used the victim’s account information to fraudulently remove approximately $12,000 from her bank account. The individual then fled the location on foot to parts unknown.

The individual is described as a female, Hispanic, 30-40 years of age, who was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket and dark pants.

Anyone with information related to this incident is asked to call the NYPD‘s Crime Stoppers hotline at 1800577TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 188857PISTA (74782). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers’ website or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
