The New York City Police Department is asking the public for assistance with locating and identifying the male depicted in the attached photo and video wanted for questioning in connection to a grand larceny that occurred within the confines of the 46th Precinct in Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at approximately 1120 hours, a 22-year-old female victim was entering her residence in the vicinity of East Burnside Avenue and Ryer Avenue when an unidentified male snatched the phone from her hand and fled northbound on Ryer Avenue.
The person wanted for questioning is described as a male Black in his twenties; last seen wearing all dark clothing.
