The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the male individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs, who is wanted for questioning in connection to a grand larceny, that occurred within confines of the 43rd Precinct in the Bronx.
Details are as follows.
On Saturday, September 26, 2020, at approximately 0400 hours, in front of 1160 Boynton Avenue, a 28-year-old male victim got into a physical altercation with another unknown male where punches were exchanged.
During the dispute, a third male individual approached the two males and attempted to break up the fight.
During the altercation, the third male individual removed the wallet from the 28-year-old male victim’s pocket without his knowledge.
The individual then fled on foot in an unknown direction.
The victim suffered pain and bruising during the dispute but refused medical attention at the scene.
The victim’s wallet had an estimated value of $150.
The individual being sought for questioning is described as a male, 20-30 years of age.
