On Wednesday, August 19, 2020, at approximately 2124 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male stabbed inside of 995 Aldus Street (lobby), within the confines of the 41st Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 42-year-old male, unconscious and unresponsive, with stab wounds about the torso and leg.
EMS responded to the location and transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 68-year-old male individual has been arrested and charged on Thursday, August 20, 2020, at 0050 hours within the confines of the 41st Precinct.

Charges:
- murder;
- manslaughter;
- criminal possession of a weapon.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
