The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individuals, depicted in the attached surveillance video clip and photographs, who are sought in connection with a grand larceny pattern, which occurred within the confines of the 40th and 45th Precincts in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

Incident #1:

It was reported to police that on Wednesday, October 28, 2020, at approximately 1933 hours, inside of 2952 3 Avenue (Burlington Coat Factory) in the confines of the 40th Precinct, six unidentified individuals removed 24 coats from the racks and fled the store without paying for them.

A 61-year-old female member of the store’s loss prevention team attempted to prevent the theft.

Incident #2:

It was reported to police that on Saturday, October 31, at 1723 hours inside of 350 Baychester Avenue (Burlington Coat Factory) in the confines of the 45th Precinct, nine unidentified individuals removed 56 coats from the racks, placed them into pieces of luggage and fled the store without paying for the items.
