The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance photos in connection to a forcible touching incident that occurred within the confines of the 50 Precinct in Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at approximately 2100 hours, a 25-year-old female victim was going up the stairs out of the 238th Street and Broadway subway train station when a unidentified individual approached her from behind and slapped and grabbed her buttocks. The individual then fled on foot into the station. There were no injuries as a result of this incident.
The individual is described as a male, Black, approximately in his 20’s, 5’8″, 150 lbs.; last seen wearing a gray hooded sweater and the word “KING” and a multi-color character in front of it, dark pants, and light colored sneakers.
