Thee New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the person who resides in the confines of the 40th Precinct. The details are as follows.

It was reported to police that the Andreu Martin was last seen at his residence on Friday, August 23rd, 2019 at 1500 hours. He is described as male Hispanic, 5’4″ and 230 lbs. with a stocky build; last seen wearing gray t-shirt and blue jeans.
