The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a person reported missing from within the confines of the 77th Precinct in Brooklyn.
The details are as follows.
Missing:
Halyssa Seales
711 Nostrand Avenue
Brooklyn, NY 11216
It was reported to police that the missing was last seen at her residence at 711 Nostrand Avenue on Saturday, February 22, 2020, at 1730 hours.
The missing is described as a 13-year-old female, Black, 5’3″ tall, lbs.
She was last seen wearing purple jacket and blue pants.
