On Thursday, June0 3, 2021, at approximately 0311 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male, shot in front of 82 W. 165th Street, within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 26-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the neck.
EMS responded to the location and transported the victim to an area hospital, where he was pronounced deceased on Sunday, July 25, 2021.
The incident has been deemed a homicide.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
