On Saturday, July 02, 2022, at approximately 2301 hours, the following 32-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 108^th Precinct in Queens.

Arrested:

Victor Munoz
FDNY Fire Fighter

Charges:

DWI;
flee officer in motor vehicle.

The investigation remains ongoing.

All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
