On Tuesday, October 12, 2021, at approximately 1310 hours, the following 33-year-old male off duty New York City employee was arrested within the confines of the 120th Precinct in Staten Island.

Charges:
- assault;
- reckless endangerment;
- criminal possession of a weapon;
- criminal obstruction of breathing.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
