On Thursday, September 23, 2021, Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz, Jr. joined colleagues in government, Bronx educators, Bronx families and community advocates for Dads Take Your Child to School Day.
The day aimed to provide a unique opportunity to capture attention of fathers about the many services, available for them and their families, and promote father involvement by encouraging fathers and significant male caregivers of all kinds to take their child(ren) to school.
