On Friday, September 13, 2019, at approximately 1708 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a foul smell emanating from apartment at 2323 Creston Avenue within the confines of the 46th Precinct in Bronx.
Here are the details.
Upon entry police discovered an unidentified male who was unconscious and unresponsive with his ankles bound to his waist. The male also had slash marks on his wrists and torso.
EMS responded and pronounce the male deceased on the scene. The Medical Examiner’s Office will determine the cause of death.
Pursuant to an ongoing investigation the following 37-year-old male suspect has been charged in regard to this incident:

Charges:
- assault 2
- concealment of a human corpse
- tampering with physical evidence
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
