The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following person, who was reported missing from within the confines of the 20th Precinct in Manhattan.
Details are as follows.
Missing:
Charles Hill
340 W. 85th Street, Apt. 409
Manhattan, NY 10024
It was reported to the police that Charles Hill was last seen Sunday, October 04, 2020, at 1500 hours, leaving his residence.
The missing is described as being approximately 5’9″ tall, weighing 240 lbs., heavy build, brown eyes, dark complexion, balding with short gray hair.
He was last seen wearing a beige jacket, khaki pants with black shoes and a cane.
