The New York City Police Department (NYPD) is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following person, who was reported missing from within the confines of the 43rd Precinct in the Bronx.

It was reported to police that Cesar Mendez was last seen leaving his residence on Saturday, December 9, 2023, at approximately 1500 hours.
The missing is described as a 16-year-old male, Hispanic, approximately 5’8” in height, weighing 160 lbs., with a light skin complexion, brown eyes, and black hair.
He was last seen wearing black sweatpants, a black hooded sweatshirt, and yellow sneakers.
