The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached photographs in connection to a robbery that occurred within the confines of the 44 Precinct / TD #11 in Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at approximately 0045 hours, a 23-year-old male victim was on board the “4” subway line approaching East 167 Street, when a unidentified individual approached the victim from behind and removed the victim’s cellphone from his hand. The individual exited the train, and the victim followed. The unidentified individual then displayed and fled in an unknown direction.
The individual is described as a male, Black, approximately in his 30’s, 5’4″, medium build, black hair with a bun and last seen wearing a black sweater, blue jeans and white sneakers.
