The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a Missing Person within the confines of the 43 Precinct in Bronx.
The circumstances are as follows.
It has been reported to police that the missing was last seen on April 21, 2019 at approximately 1600 hours at her residence. The missing is described as follows.
Carmen Pagan
1534 Beach Avenue, Apt. 34
Bronx, NY 10460
Female, Hispanic, 72 years-old, unknown clothing description.
