The super of a building in Soundview, Bronx has been charged with killing one of his tenants last week.

Police say 55-year-old Bienvenido Castillo stabbed Gerald Caban Saturday night in a building on East 172^nd Street in the Soundview section of Bronx.

Sources say the 49-year-old Caban rented a room from Castillo.

They say Castillo was watching football with Caban and two others when they began arguing.

Castillo is also charged with murder, manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon.
