On Saturday, June 12, 2021, at approximately 1437 hours, police responded to a call of a male, shot in the vicinity of 1074 Prospect Avenue, within the confines of the 41st Precinct in the Bronx .
Upon arrival, officers observed a 42-year-old male (Victim #1), lying conscious but not responsive with multiple gunshot wounds to his body and a 28-year-old female (Victim #2) with three graze wounds to her body.
Both victims were located opposite of 1074 Prospect Avenue.
EMS responded and transported both victims to Lincoln Hospital, where Victim #1 was pronounced deceased and Victim #2 was treated and released.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 29-year-old male has been arrested.
Manhattan, NY 10027
- criminal possession of a firearm.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
