Harrison police reported three driving while intoxicated arrests through January, according to police reports released Thursday, including one Bronx resident.
Maryann Emerick, 24 of 88 Marine Street in Bronx, was charged with DWI after police caught her driving 80 miles per hour in a 40 mph zone on Mamaroneck Avenue, reports said. After police reported the odor of alcohol on her breath, she failed a field sobriety test and was found to have a .17 blood alcohol content level close to 02:30 a.m. on January 14, 2012.
The legal limit in New York State is .08. Emerick was released on bail with a return court date of January 31, 2012.
