On Saturday, November 13, 2021, at approximately 1749 hours, police responded to a call of a wellness check inside of a residential building, located on Creston Avenue, within the confines of the 46th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed an adult female and adult male, unconscious and unresponsive, inside the location.
EMS responded and pronounced both victims deceased at the scene.
The above-listed incident has been deemed a homicide (female victim, 29 years of age).
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
