On Tuesday, August 03, 2021, at approximately 2013 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a person, shot in front of 2335 Tiebout Avenue, within the confines of the 46th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 32-year-old male, unconscious and unresponsive, with a gunshot wound to his chest.
EMS responded to the location and transported the victim to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation the following 21-year-old male individual was arrested on November 02, 2021, at 1205 hours.

The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
