On Wednesday, November 17, 2021, at 1705 hours, police responded to a 911 call of an assault (non-fatal shooting) at 815 Burke Avenue, within the confines of the 47th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers discovered an 18-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the head, a 59-year-old female with a gunshot wound to the left leg, a 15-year-old male witha gun shot wound to the buttocks and a 26-year-old male with a gun shot wound to the torso.
All four victims were removed to NYC Health + Hospitals / Jacobi, where the 18-year-old male was listed in critical condition, and the other victims were listed in stable condition.
The 18-year-old male victim was pronounced deceased on Monday, November 22, 2021.
The incident is classified a homicide.
The three additional victims remain in stable condition.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.
