On Sunday, November 24, 2019 at approximately 1415 hours, police responded to a 911 call of an aided male inside of 785 E. 163 Street, within the confines of the 42nd Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 43-year-old male with difficulty breathing inside the location.
EMS responded and transported the male to NYC Health & Hospitals / Lincoln, where he was later pronounced deceased.
The incident has now been deemed a homicide.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

There are no arrests made as of this hour.
The investigation remains ongoing.
