The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the males depicted in the attached photographs and wanted for questioning in connection to a robbery that occurred within the confines of the 49th Precinct in the Bronx.
The following was reported to the police.
On Tuesday, March 10, 2020, at approximately 2205 hours, in front of 2228 White Plains Road (Community Green Market), a 41-year-old-male employee was working outside in front of the fruit stand when four unidentified males were passing by. Two of the males proceeded to eat grapes from the stand without paying at which time the employee confronted them. The males proceeded to kick and punch him about the head before fleeing fled in unknown direction with fruit.
The victim suffered bruising to head/face and was removed to Bronx Municipal Hospital Center in stable condition.
