On Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at approximately 1739 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male, shot on Secor Avenue, within the confines of the 47th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 19-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the back.
EMS responded and transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals / Jacobi, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following three (3) minor individuals, aged 16, 15 and 15, were arrested and charged on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at 1200 hours, within the confines of the 47h Precinct.
