The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance video and photo in connection to a burglary that occurred within the confines of the 50 Precinct in Bronx.
Details are as follows.
On Tuesday, January 15, 2019, at approximately 06:15 p.m., an unidentified individual entered an apartment through an unlocked window from the fire escape in a residential building located in the vicinity of W. 238th Street & Waldo Avenue. Once inside, the unidentified individual removed electronics, watches, and laptop computers valued at approximately $7,000. The individual exited the building and fled on foot northbound on Waldo Avenue.
The individual is described as a male last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and black baseball hat.
