The New York Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance photograph in regard to a forcible touching incident that occurred within the confines of the 47 Precinct in Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Monday, November 19, 2018 at approximately 10:45 a.m., on the corner of White Plains Road and E. 236 Street, an unidentified male approached at 47-year-old female and touched the victim’s buttocks. The individual fled the location in an unknown direction.
The individual is described as a male Black, approximately 25 to 30 year-old and a medium build. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black jacket with fur trim, blue jeans, black baseball hat and dark colored shoes.
