The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance photograph and wanted for questioning in connection to the below described homicide, within the confines of the 40th Precinct in Bronx.
On Friday, February 14, 2020, at approximately 1836 hours, police responded to a call of an assault inside 217 Brook Avenue within the confines of the 40th Precinct.
Upon arrival, officers observed the unconscious and unresponsive 34-year-old male victim inside the location with multiple gunshot wounds to the torso.
EMS responded and transported the victim to Lincoln Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.
