On Wednesday, August 12, 2020, at approximately 1510 hours, police responded to a 911 call of aided male, who was set on fire inside 1045 Woodycrest Avenue (5th floor), within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed an 18-year-old male, unconscious with multiple stab wounds and burns about his body.
EMS responded to the location and transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals / Harlem, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
