The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the following person, who was reported missing from within the confines of the 28th Precinct in Manhattan.

William Perkins
14 Morningside Avenue
Manhattan, NY 10026

It was reported to police that William Perkins was last seen at his residence, at 1330 hours, on Tuesday, January 18, 2022.

The missing is described as a 72-year-old male, Black, approximately 5’10” tall, weighing 175 lbs.

He was wearing blue pants, a black sweater, burgundy blazer, black shoes and a beige fedora.
