Tanveer Akhtar, 31, of Bronx, New York, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on October 16, on Somerset Street in Watchung for an outstanding warrant out of Secaucus in the amount of $120.

He was taken to headquarters where he posted $120 full cash bail. He signed a bail waiver and is not required to appear in court.
