The NYPD needs the public’s help finding Luis Moore, a 23-year-old man who is believed to have shot two children and one young man in the Bronx.

The first child, a two-year-old, was shot in the head and taken to St. Barnabas Hospital and listed in critical condition; the second, who is five, was shot in the neck and taken to St. Barnabas in stable condition. The third victim, a 20-year-old man, was shot in the back and also brought to the hospital in stable condition.

Police responded to a 911 call outside of 964 E. 181st Street in the Bronx on Monday at 7:46 p.m., where they found the three victims. CBS notes that the 20-year-old was probably Moore’s intended victim.
