The New York Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following person, who was reported missing from within the confines of the 101st Precinct in Queens.
Details are as follows.

Victor Loy
15-09 Central Avenue
Queens, NY 11691
It was reported to police that Victor Loy was last seen leaving his residence on Wednesday, November 18, 2020, at approximately 1002 hours.
The missing is described as an 85-year-old male, Black, approximately 5’8″ tall, weighing 150 lbs.; with brown eyes, partially bald salt and pepper hair.
He was last seen wearing a tan sweatshirt, black pants, black hat and a yellow shirt and seen walking southbound on Bayport Place towards Cornaga Avenue.
