Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following individual has been arrested and charged on Sunday, August 29, 2021, at 0135 hours within the confines of the 40th Precinct in the Bronx.

- attempted murder;
- criminal use of a firearm.
It was reported to police that on Thursday, April 29, 2021, at approximately 0025 hours, in front of 416 E. 137th Street, within the confines of the 40th Precinct, a 26-year-old male was standing outside, when an unknown individual approached the victim and fired multiple rounds at him.
The victim sustained a gunshot wound to his left hand.
EMS responded to the scene and transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln in stable condition.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
