Trio Arrested For The Murder Of Miguel Cabrera, 28

On Saturday, April 18, 2020, at approximately 0100 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male shot in front of 808 E. 175 Street, within the confines of the 48th Precinct in the Bronx.

Upon arrival, officers observed a 28-year-old male with a gunshot wound to his neck, sitting within the driver’s seat of his vehicle.

EMS responded to the location and transported the victim to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased on Thursday, May 14, 2020.

The incident has now been deemed a homicide.

Folling proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following individuals, 25, 29 and 33 years of age respectively, have been arrested and charged on Thursday, May 07, 2020, at 0800 hours, within the confines of the 48th Precinct in the Bronx.
