On Saturday May 02, 2020, at approximately 1520 hours, police responded to a 911 call for a male shot in front of 2522 Holland Avenue, within the confines of the 49th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers discovered an unconscious and unresponsive 51-year-old male with gunshot wounds to the head and torso.
EMS responded and pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

- criminal possession of a weapon.
The investigation remains ongoing.
