Trio Arrested For The Murder Of Christopher Pagan, 23

On Saturday, September 12, 2020, at 0133 hours, police responded a 911 call of two people shot at 3080 Park Avenue, Jackson Houses, within the confines of the 40th Precinct / PSA #7 in the Bronx.

Upon arrival police observed two males with gunshot wounds:

Victim #1 is a 23-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the head. EMS pronounced him deceased at the scene.

Victim #2 is a 26-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the groin. EMS transported him to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln, where he is listed in stable condition.

Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

The following male individuals, 21, 22 and 23 years of age, have been charged in regard to the above homicide.

Quamel Wilson

Charges:

  • murder;
  • manslaughter;
  • criminal possession of a weapon.

The investigation remains ongoing.

All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
