Thieves Jumped, Robbed Bronx Man: Two Arrested, Two At Large

Police are looking for two of four muggers accused of jumping, then robbing a Bronx man.

Police collared Michelle Lee, 21, and Treyvon Roberts, 19 Wednesday for the January 31, 2014 assault and mugging of a 47-year-old victim.

Both are facing robbery charges, and Lee was also charged with assault, grand larceny, menacing, petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property.

The victim was walking past 1871 Sedgwick Avenue in Morris Heights at 2:20 a.m. January 31, 2014 when the robbers came up from behind, and pummeled him before stealing his wallet. The group took off with an unknown amount of cash, police said.

The man, whose name was not released, later refused medical treatment.

The thieves’ alleged accomplices, Tirrell Allen, 21, and Samuel Clifton, 20, are still on the loose.
