On Monday, January 09, 2023, at 1925 hours, the following 37-year-old male on-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 107th Precinct in Queens.

Charges:
- public lewdness;
- acting in a manner, injurious to a child less than 17 years old.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
